They recently took on a fantastic project for a customer who wanted the perfect flooring solution for their garage, which houses both a classic car and a race car. Their flooring of choice? With the Platinum Flake +Plus System, you are providing your customers a beautiful epoxy flooring system that will withstand 9 lbs. of MVE pressure. This system can be installed over wet or damp concrete due to Floorguard Products proprietary water-insensitivity Epoxy Technology. This system provides superior wear and physical characteristics with a textured, durable surface that is easy to keep clean. Specially blended colored flakes create a decorative look that can be used for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential spaces. Base Coat: HyperBOND
HyperBOND is the platinum of epoxy base coats. This incredible 100% solids, water-insensitive epoxy resin exhibits superior bonding characteristics, and can be installed over wet or damp concrete as it boasts outstanding water-insensitivity technology. Just remove any standing puddles and you are ready to install. Use HyperBOND to install beautiful, seamless, and durable floors that are easy to clean. This self-priming epoxy features a buttery smooth viscosity and can withstand up to 9 lbs. of hydrostatic pressure.
Top Coat: Aspartic 85 Slow Go (LOW ODOR)
Aspartic 85 Slow Go LOW ODOR has all the amazing features of our original formula but is LOW ODOR, nonflammable, noncorrosive, and nonhazardous making it indoor friendly! Ideal wherever a UV stable, low odor top coat is needed. Aspartic 85 Slow Go LOW ODOR allows installers to experience ease of application, expanded work capacity, and quality that will last decades. This 85% solids, UV stable polyaspartic has supreme durability and enough body to need only one top coat over a full flake floor. The unbeatable 60+ minutes of working time this polyaspartic offers makes it a breeze to install. Installers are able to pour large batches on the floor, squeegee, and back roll without ever worrying about roller marks. Slow Go LOW ODOR not only is a favorite of installers but allows flooring installation companies to expand their work capacity by having 1-man crews top coating 2-4 car garages with ease by themselves.
