Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of our business Floorguard Products takes NO returns and gives NO refunds once product is shipped or picked up.
During the delivery of a freight order, the pallet(s) must be inspected by customer before signing off with shipper. If there is missing product or damaged product, the delivery driver must be informed immediately so they can notate this error on their end. If the pallet is not inspected and there is product missing or damaged product within the pallet, no claim can be made. Please inform your sales rep within seven days of receiving freight shipment if there is missing product or damages occured during transit.
