DT 454
When you need a 100% solids epoxy that has fast down time without sacrificing working time, DT 454 is ready to perform! DT = Down Time offers a fast 6-8 hour cure based on 72°. This epoxy was highly demanded by customers in states that experience colder temperature during the winter-time- they wanted an epoxy they could install and flake into in the afternoon that would be fully cured by the next morning. We listened to these requests and after two years of dynamic product development, launched DT 454. Since its introduction into our product line, DT 454 has been transforming winter-time installs by keeping installation crews on schedule.
DT 454 is 100% solids, self-priming epoxy resin with fantastic leveling properties. It exhibits high chemical resistance and moderate UV resistance, allowing it to be used as both a base coat and a top coat in areas with low to moderate UV exposure. Like all of our epoxies, DT 454 is a breeze to install with a clear, smooth viscosity that installers love to use! Use DT 454 to install beautiful, seamless, and durable floors that are easy to clean. This self-priming epoxy features a buttery smooth viscosity and can withstand up to 9 lbs. of hydrostatic pressure. DT 454 is ideal for wherever a high-build, protective coating is required. Perfect anywhere an epoxy base coat or top coat is recommended and can be used in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Available in clear or can be pigmented in 14 E-POLY pigment colors.
