DT 454 Turbo is a fast-drying, two-component, 100% solids industrial epoxy designed for applications requiring rapid turnaround without compromising performance. DT 454 Turbo provides excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and impact resistance while reducing downtime, making it ideal for projects with tight schedules, cold climate applications or environments where fast return-to-service is critical. This versatile epoxy functions as a basecoat for aggregate broadcast systems or as a buildcoat, delivering a smooth, durable finish with superior bonding characteristics. Its moderate UV resistance allows for limited exposure to sunlight without significant discoloration, and it can be applied clear or field-pigmented using E-Poly universal colorants. Available pre-pigmented in medium gray and sable gray.
